Yes. All patients complete a medical intake and, when appropriate, laboratory testing. A licensed provider reviews your information to determine whether treatment is medically appropriate.

Are prescriptions guaranteed?

No. Treatment is prescribed at the sole discretion of the licensed medical provider based on clinical evaluation and licensure for patient location. Not all patients qualify.

Do you require labs?

Yes, bloodwork is used to evaluate key health markers and inform your provider in clinical decision-making. Required labs are determined based on individual patient needs. Do you ship nationwide?

Prescribed treatments are only available in the U.S. and are fulfilled through licensed U.S. pharmacies and shipped where permitted by law. Availability depends on provider licensure and patient location

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not bill insurance. Patients may use HSA or FSA accounts where applicable.

Do you work with HSA and FSA?

Accepted Answer

HSA and FSA payments are accepted, if your plans allow. However, we do not handle submissions for reimbursement on your behalf.
